All new equipment sold thru Kenmore Camera includes a USA warranty from
the product manufacture.
Used equipment warranty
Kenmore Camera warranties all used photography equipment as listed: 1 year, 6 months, 3 months, 60 days, all are covered
by Kenmore Camera. Equipment sold AS IS has no warranty.
MRA information
Normal turn around time on most warranty work is 4 to 6 weeks. All items sent back
for warranty service must have a pre-approved MRA# clearly marked on the outside of the
shipping box (Call for MRA number). When warranty work has been completed, we will ship the products back Standard UPS ground. |
